🚀 The Opportunity

We are looking for a CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer) to lead the vision, strategy, and operations for both Product and Technology. You will drive the development of scalable SaaS products, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, AI initiatives, and innovation programs, aligning tech directly with strategic business goals.

🎯 Role Mission

Define and execute a long-term product and tech strategy to ensure technical excellence, security, product scalability, and continuous innovation within the SaaS ecosystem.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Product & Tech Strategy: Define and lead the 3-5 year roadmap. Present indicators, risks, and investments to the Executive Board. Manage the tech budget (Capex/Opex).
• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performance talent. Structure multidisciplinary product and engineering squads with agile governance.
• Engineering & Operations: Lead software development cycles (microservices, APIs, event-driven), DevSecOps, CI/CD, and SRE. Ensure high availability and security for SaaS/Cloud infrastructure.
• AI & Innovation: Lead the strategic application of Generative AI, Predictive models, and MLOps across digital products.

👤 Desired Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in Tech/Product, with at least 4 years in senior executive leadership (CPTO, VP of Engineering/Product, CTO).
• Track Record: Proven track record building, scaling, and sustaining high-criticality B2B SaaS digital products.
• Team Leadership: Solid experience managing direct and multidisciplinary teams of 20+ professionals.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (MBA/Master’s is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent English (for global executive interactions) and Fluent Portuguese.
